Why did you choose to pursue a career in healthcare?

I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare because of my exposure to it, as my father and sister are registered nurses. I specifically want to pursue a career in sports medicine because I suffered repeated athletic injuries and would like to prevent or treat others with the same experience.
