Last month, the Department of Public Health was awarded $10,000 from the MU Graduate School’s supplemental graduate fellowship and recruitment fund. 

The funds will go toward a pipeline program to recruit under-represented students and under-represented minorities to the Master of Public Health program. Turner Rafter, senior student support specialist in the public health department, worked with Tommy Thomas, diversity initiatives coordinator, on the successful a proposal for the funds.
