Why did you choose Health Science at Mizzou?

I chose Mizzou due to its welcoming community and willingness to help when I wanted to transfer from another college. Right away, Mizzou and the College of Health Sciences made it known that they wanted to help me in any way they could to ensure my transition went smoothly. 

What has been your favorite part of being a student in the College of Health Sciences?

My favorite part of being a CHS student is all the resources available to me. I use our career services all the time—they’ve helped me build my resume and given me great feedback on anything professional. It’s been super helpful, and I honestly enjoy getting to talk with them.

How would you describe the College of Health Sciences community to a prospective student?

The CHS community is such a positive and supportive environment. They make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed—both as a student and as a future healthcare professional. It’s also just a really friendly place! I’ve met so many friends through having similar classes and seeing familiar faces around the building.
