Dr. Kyle Gibson has been a faculty member at the University Missouri for over twenty years. In 1995, Kyle began his service to the Department of Physical Therapy as a unpaid lab assistant, and has over the years risen to the rank of  Teaching Professor and was named Department Chair in 2011. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Northern Illinois University and both his master’s degree (human biomechanics) and PhD (Health Education and Promotion) from the University of Missouri. Dr. Gibson has completed a National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) post-doctoral fellowship and is an ABPTS Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
