The College of Health Sciences Scholars Program kicked off on Tuesday, Aug. 27, with about 50 faculty members, scholars, alumni and mentors in attendance. The orientation gave incoming scholars a chance to learn about the program as well as available opportunities for professional development and networking.

Health Sciences grad helps next generation of Tigers feel at home
Mizzou staff member and 2018 College of Health Sciences graduate Steven Ziegler helps Tigers settle in at Hudson Hall. A few years after graduating from the University of Missouri, Steven Ziegler, B.H.S. ’18, recalled advice he’d received from a mentor on campus. “Who are you and where do you want to go?” And Ziegler — who was working for apartment complexes at the time — wanted to be back at Mizzou. Spring 2024 College of Health Sciences dean’s list
A total of 1,603 Health Sciences students made the spring 2024 dean’s list. To qualify for the dean’s list in the College of Health Sciences, a student must earn a 3.30 GPA in a minimum of 12 graded (A-F) credit hours.
