Go on hikes, walk on different trails around Columbia, and do crafts.

The best thing about the College of Health Sciences is the opportunities students have to dive deep into their career wishes and goals.

Also, there are plenty of ways to be involved as a student, staff or faculty member to help build community and find a sense of purpose on campus. 

If the CHS advising office hosted a show-and-tell tomorrow, what would you bring?

I would bring my collection of Disney merchandise. I am what they call a Disney adult.

What is the best piece of advice you received when you were a student?

Education is one of the most, if not the most important investments of your life. Although it’s hard, it’s expensive, and it can be mentally draining, it will be worth it in the end.

No, I graduated with my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Missouri. Snouts out!
