A pair of faculty members from the Department of Clinical and Diagnostic Sciences are set to take leadership roles within their respective College of Health Sciences programs.
Taylor Otto, ARRT, has been appointed director of Mizzou’s Radiography program, and Jeanine Treadway, NMTCB (R/S), has been named director of the Nuclear Medicine program.
Otto joined Mizzou in 2023 as an assistant teaching professor and clinical coordinator. As the Radiography program director, she will lead efforts to strengthen student learning, support clinical partnerships and prepare graduates for success in the imaging profession.
“I am honored to serve as program director for the Radiography program and excited for the opportunity to build on the program’s strong foundation,” Otto said. “My vision is to continue fostering a student-centered learning environment that prepares graduates to excel as compassionate, skilled imaging professionals.”
Treadway joined the Nuclear Medicine program in 2024 as an assistant clinical professor and clinical coordinator. A Mizzou graduate and experienced healthcare leader, she will oversee a program known for training highly skilled nuclear medicine technologists.
“I feel incredibly fortunate to lead a program with such a strong reputation and dedicated faculty, clinical partners and alumni,” Treadway said. “What excites me most is the opportunity to build on that foundation while preparing our students for where nuclear medicine is headed.”
Treadway noted the rapidly evolving nature of the field, including advances in disease detection, personalized treatments and technology-driven patient care. She also emphasized the importance of expanding clinical partnerships across Missouri to provide students with exceptional learning opportunities while helping meet workforce needs.
