Connie Brooks named executive director of Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopment
Congratulations to Connie Brooks, clinical professor in the Department of Health Psychology, who has been named executive director of the MU Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment. Founded in 2005, the Thompson Center is dedicated to clinical service, research and training to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Brooks joined the Department of Health Psychology and the Thompson Center in 2015 and most recently served as director of the Missouri LEND program, TIPS for Kids, and a member of the Thompson Center executive leadership team.
