Tasha Childs, assistant professor in the School of Social Work, was given an award from the School Social Work Association of Missouri on November 7 at the fall conference in Kansas City, Missouri. The recognition follows her work to establish a certificate for graduate students to focus on their MSW training in the area of school social work.
