Clinical Laboratory Science

Missouri Hospital Association Clinical Lab Sciences Endowed Scholarship

One or more annual scholarship awards shall be given to undergraduate students enrolled in the CLS Program in SHP. Selection criteria may include academic excellence and financial need.

Western Pathologists Quality Assurance Association / American Society for Clinical Pathology Scholarship

One or more annual scholarship awards shall be given to students enrolled in SHP. Recipient must be full-time undergraduate CLS majors with senior level status. Recipients shall be in good academic standing and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Financial need is not required.

Radiography

Mary Sebacher Radiography Scholarship

A $500 scholarship awarded to a Radiography student in the first year of the professional phase of the Radiography Program in SHP. Student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 to qualify. Scholarship applications and statements are due Feb. 1.

Respiratory Therapy

Tim and Rosemary Hogan Endowed Scholarship for Respiratory Therapy

One or more annual scholarship awards shall be given to students enrolled in the Respiratory Therapy program in the School of Health Professions.

Blake Rudeen Memorial Scholarship Fund

One or more annual awards to senior-level students in pediatric respiratory therapy. The selected recipient(s) must be in good academic standing, with preference given to a student with financial need. If no student meets the criteria as stated in number 1, then the award will be made available to a student in SHP who has indicated an interest in pediatric rehabilitation.

James Whitacre Scholarship

Awarded to a Senior RT student who goes above and beyond with empathy for the patient and family.
