Department of Physical Therapy – Promoting Excellence in Teaching and Learning (PETAL) Lab

Mission

The Department of Physical Therapy-PETAL Lab is an interdisciplinary group of health and wellness educators aimed at promoting excellence in the scholarship of teaching and learning while preparing professionals to effectively translate evidence into practice and embrace the responsibility of serving diverse communities and evolving professions.

Collaboration

The interdisciplinary members of the DPT-PETAL Lab include those with backgrounds in physical therapy, medicine, athletic training, exercise science, leadership, education, and psychology.

DPT-PETAL Lab members welcome opportunities for collaboration, with individuals pursuing various educational research topics including but not limited to:
