Master of Health Administration degree moves to Department of Health Sciences

The University of Missouri is pleased to announce that the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program and the graduate certificate in Informatics for Public Health will be moving to the Department of Health Sciences in the School of Health Professions. The move is effective for the 2023–24 academic year and coincides with the school’s name change to College of Health Sciences. PhD student named to military social work task force

Erica Collins Erica Collins, a PhD student in the School of Social Work, was recently accepted as a task force member by the Council on Social Work Education as part of an effort to revise its “Specialized Practice Curricular Guide for Military Social Work.” Collins was selected from a competitive group of faculty and military experts in social work to join the task force, thanks in part to her practice experience and research knowledge. She will participate in several advisory meetings to provide edits to the latest iteration of this military-focused curricular guide throughout 2023 and 2024.
