Affordability is a major factor when choosing your OT program. Our tuition for our entire OTD degree averages 30% less than the cost of our competitors in the region, in some cases over 50% less. Mizzou OT has also eliminated out-of-state tuition fees for non-Missouri residents. All students now pay the same in-state tuition rate.

We are in the process of making some minor revisions to our existing OTD curriculum to best reflect contemporary practice and meet ACOTE accreditation standards. We are doing a gradual phase-in of these curricular changes for cohorts already enrolled in the OTD program. Therefore, prior cohorts are following the 116 credit hour curriculum.

Mandatory student fees include the information technology fee, student health fee, recreation center fee, and student activity fee. Additional information can be found on the University of Missouri Cashiers Office website.
According to FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), cost of attendance is defined as the total estimated cost for one academic year before financial aid is applied, which includes books, supplies, transportation and housing and food allowances in addition to the tuition and student fees. Estimated indirect expenses are included to aid in calculating the cost of attending MUOT. These may vary based on your personal choices.
