Michael Trapp is the Executive Director of Phoenix Health Programs, a full service behavioral health organization whose mission is to improve the the health and quality of life of those impacted by drugs and alcohol and serves over two thousand individuals and families each year. Michael has a Master of Arts in sociology from the University of Toledo and has over 25 years experience in the helping professions with a variety of populations. He holds a Certified Co-occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP) certification form the Missouri Credentialing Board and has led Phoenix’s transformation to a co-occurring competent organization over eight years before being named Executive Director.
